It has come to the attention of our cellular shade production manager that we have had reports of component failures in the field on our standard continuous cord loop system. We want you to understand that we have addressed this issue and have switched components to the Rollease^® system. Rollease^® is known as one of the highest quality standard continuous cord loop systems in our industry and is used by most nationally recognized window covering manufacturers.

For those of you who have had complaints from customers that shades with our former standard continuous cord system do not operate correctly, please contact customer service and we will repair or replace your old system. We began to use the new system on all shades produced after 10/15/08, therefore, if you have orders that have not been shipped, be assured we will be shipping you our new Rollease^® continuous cord loop system.

We want you to know that just as soon as we realized there were component failures we made the change and upgraded to the new system.

We offer our apology, and as a result we would like to extend our current cellular shade promotion for an additional month through November 30 th , 2008.

Purchase any STANDARD RECTANGULAR or CORDLESS shade from the Worldwide Cellular Shade Collection and receive one of the following additional discounts off your already discounted net price ON EACH ORDER PLACED during this promotional period:

• Purchase 5-9 shades per order and receive an additional 5%
• Purchase 10-14 shades per order and receive an additional 10%
• Purchase 15 shades or more per order and receive an additional 15%

The additional discount will be deducted from your invoice.

All invoices for shades purchased under this promotion must be paid in 30 days.
