  • How do I become a Worldwide Window Fashions dealer?

    Prospective dealers can check out our Become a Dealer info page. Download and complete the Account Application Form. You can submit it by email, fax it to (215) 455-2269 or mail to Worldwide Window Fashions at 171 Hunting Park Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19124. 

  • How do I process an RGA?

    You can find RGA Processing info under the General Info section of the Dealer Resources page or by clicking here. Please complete the RGA Request form. Print and send to info@worldwide.com. You can also contact customer service at (215) 455-2266 with all of your detailed information regarding the RGA request.

  • What are your freight costs?

    A complete listing of all freight and handling charges can be found under the General Info section on the Dealer Resources page and in our Product Price Reference Guide.

  • How much does it cost to repair a shade?

    Repair costs vary based on the type of repair and the type of product being repaired. A complete Repair Price List can be found under the General Info section on the Dealer Resources page. 


    Note: Worldwide only repairs products we fabricate or distribute. 

  • How do I program a Somfy Remote Control?

    Programming information can be found under the Programming Remotes section of our How To page. You will find programming instructions for several remote programming options.

  • What products can be motorized?

    Most all product categories offered by Worldwide Window Fashions can be motorized. The only exceptions are Soft Styles Collection, Premium Aluminum Blinds, and Worldwide Aluminum Blind Collection.

  • What motor systems does Worldwide Window Fashions offer?

    Worldwide Window Fashions primarily uses Somfy Motors, Components, and Home Automation Systems. However, our Capri Sheer, Sunrise/Sundown and Gallery/Dynasty Natural Woven Shades operate on their own specific motor systems. 

  • How do I install a Roller Shade Fascia?

    Installation Instructions for Fascia as well as other roller shade products are available on the Dealer Resources page. They can be found under the Radiance Roller Shade product category or by clicking here.

  • Do you have a picture of a cordless Roller Shade?

    Yes, there are several roller shade photos available for download. You will find them on the Marketing Materials page under the Image Gallery.

  • How much do your sample books cost?

    Sample book costs vary by product category. A complete list can be found on the Marketing Materials page.

  • Do you have product specifications for roller screen shades?

    You can find product specifications for roller screen shades under the Commercial tab, in the Solar Screen Roller Shades section.

  • Where can I find FR Certificates?

    These can be found under the Commercial category, on any of the product pages. There is one for each product type.

  • Who is my Sales Rep?

    You will find contact information for our entire sales and management team on the Contact page. Just scroll over the sales rep image to find the territory they cover along with their specific contact information. You can also contact customer service and they can put you in touch with the sales rep that handles your account.

  • How can I get status on an order?

    You can obtain status on your order by contacting customer service at (215) 455-2266 or sending us an email request for status.

  • Where can I get fabric swatches?

    Fabric Swatch requests can be fulfilled by contacting customer service at (215) 455-2266 or by email request.

  • Where do I send my orders?

    You can submit your orders by fax at (215) 455-2269, email, or through our customer service line at (215) 455-2266.


    We encourage the use of actual Worldwide Window Fashions product order forms. Order forms are required when ordering Norman Shutters and Soft Style Drapery products. 


    We will not accept orders for these product categories without submitting the order on an actual product order form.

  • How long does it take to produce an order?

    Product times will vary by product category and are primarily based on incoming order demand, inventory levels, and backlog.

  • Does Worldwide Window Fashions offer contract pricing?

    Yes, we offer contract pricing on Roller and Solar Shades, Premium Aluminum Blinds, Faux and Basswood Blinds, Vertical Blinds, and Cellular Shades.

  • How do I get a contract quote?

    Contract quote requests can be submitted by using the Worldwide Window Fashions Contract Quote Request Form. The form can be found on the Commercial page or by clicking here. Complete the form and either fax it to (215) 455-2269 or email it to us.

  • What are the minimum requirements to get contract pricing?

    Minimum requirements for contract quoting vary by product. 


    • Roller Shades - 20 units or 500 sq.ft. min. (one fabric/one color)
    • Premium Aluminum Blinds – 75 units min.
    • Faux/Basswood Blinds – 25 units or 600 sq.ft. min.
    • Vertical Blinds – 20 units or 500 sq.ft. min.
    • Cell Shades – 20 units or 500 sq.ft. min.
  • How do I request replacement or missing parts?

    You can request parts by contacting customer service by phone at (215) 455-2266, by fax at (215) 455-2269, or by email. In the event that you receive an order with missing parts, you will need to have the order number, line item numbers affected, and be able to identify what was missing from the order. If you are simply requesting parts for a repair or inventory, we will need to know the product and part description. 

  • How do I figure the correct size for a valance return?

    As standard we will supply a return for outside mounted Faux Wood Blinds at 2 ¾” and 2 1/2” for Basswood blinds. You can specify return lengths as small as ½” or as long as 6”. To calculate the return size needed for a blind mounted inside the window with the blind only partially inset. Deduct the depth of the blind is inset, from the standard return size, and the balance will be the size of return you will need to cover the amount of headrail protruding into the room. 


    Example:


    Standard Return Size: 2 ¾”

    Inset measurement of blind 1 ½” 

    Special Return Size required: 1 ¼”

  • What bracket sizes are available for roller/solar shades?

    Bracket sizes will vary by style. Worldwide will supply the bracket size that is appropriate for the size of shade and fabric being used. 


    This is a summary of sizes based on bracket style.

    • Skyline – 1.25”, 1.5”, 2.0”, 2.88”, Open Roll Duel Bracket, Duel Horizontal Bracket, and Duel Vertical Slim Bracket
    • R Series – 1.5”, 2”, 2.88”, and Heavy Duty

    You can find drawings and specifications for these brackets under the Commercial tab. Select the Solar Screen Roller Shades page and scroll down to the hardware series of interest.

  • How do I request changes to an order that has already been placed?

    You can request a change to your order by contacting customer service at (215) 455-2266. You will need your order number, product, and line numbers at issue. 


    Please note: there is a very limited time (typically 48 hours) that you have to make changes to an order for distributed products. As with any order, once the product is in fabrication, it will be fabricated as originally ordered.
